Applying for Club Membership
complete and submit a Club Membership Application Form, which must include required documents and payment.
Part of the membership joining process is the successful completion of the Pistol Safe Handling Course , as well as the Advanced Pistol Safe Handling Course , by appointment with the Air Pistol Club Vice Captain
4 sessions – 4 weeks – cost $200 which is non refundable
but will be credited towards the Membership/Joining Fee if both parties agree to continue with the application of membership at the end of the PSH Program.
If the application is not progressed within 60 days, the remaining amount is refundable
P650 to be completed if unlicenced – Photo ID
After completion of Level 1 & 2 of the PSHP, both parties can agree to continue with the application of membership.

There is an additional Range Fee.

Uphold the principles of fair play and honesty in all competitions.
Welcome and include new members to foster a sense of community. Respect individual differences and backgrounds of others.
Prioritize safety by following the Pistol Safe Handling Guidelines.
Follow Range Commands promptly and attentively, seek and ask for guidance from experienced members when needed. Share knowledge and techniques with fellow members. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to club policies.
Maintain a quiet atmosphere on the shooting line to help focus.
Arrive on time for club sessions to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
Respect club equipment and handle it with care; report any damages immediately.
Wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes and no loose clothing.
Turn off phones, especially during shooting sessions.
Participate in cleanup efforts, assist in target retrieval and designated procedures, leaving the range clean and orderly.
Represent the club positively in the broader community. Exercise discretion when posting about club activities on social media.
A good club citizen is actively involved, volunteering and participating in activities, help with scoring, patching, tidying up. Contribute ideas to benefit the club positively.
Treat others with respect and courtesy, supporting and encouraging fellow members.
Enjoy the sport and the camaraderie with others.
Provide constructive feedback when asked,
promoting continuous improvement.
