Captain Obvious Report – Sunday March 3
was recorded as the hottest shoot than any of the previous shoots. Not because of the RCVs , Ray’s Challenging Variations; but because the Captain had obviously lost his Shadow.
4 New members were in the process of completing the New mandatory Pistol Safe Handling Course. Their trainer was impressed by their attentive attitude and their appreciation of the seriousness of their responsibilities, while remembering to enjoy their time. They will be an excellent addition to the Club.
Our illustrious Club Captain excelled at his job again , The shoot was nearly straightforward … What was the challenge ? Captain Obvious asked … it was the challenging twist of the varying distances of the 2 targets.
Because the brains of the outfit, forgot the score cards, the ever resourceful Shadow that seems to be lurking around everybody, brilliantly used some small targets for writing the scores on.
Ray M, who was not professionally trained by the President came first … Jim D was second followed closely Madame Secretary. Ian B would’ve done well but he wasn’t there. But she was followed by David D and John B.
The New members who had obviously been well trained by the Best President the club has had, since the AGM had adjusted scores to better reflect their achievements. Though there was some muttering to be heard … Ian B led the Newbies, closely followed by Ramesh. Then came Adeel and Richard, who showed steady improvement.
In CentreFire, Captain Obvious announced that Glenn had finished first , followed by Raymond. Glenn, just had to show off, how good he was, by getting the highest score overall 🙁

Captain Obvious, thought we are still having too much fun on Sundays. So come along and join in the fun, apart from when you are seriously shooting.
